During tough economic times, everyone has questions on how to keep their business running smoothly. On March 18th, Kb Port’s own Susan Redmond was on hand to provide some helpful answers. The event, “Secrets of Pittsburgh’s Fastest Growing Companies”, was hosted by the Pittsburgh Business Times at the Downtown Rivers Club.

Throughout the afternoon, Susan offered sage advice and answered questions from nearly 130 local entrepreneurs and businesspeople. Guests were eager to learn how Susan’s company had managed to thrive during a significant economic downtown. She shared the stage with panelists from Urban Settlement Services and SingleSource Property Solutions.

Susan’s selection to this exclusive panel didn’t come as much of a surprise to her fellow Partners—Susan has been a successful businesswoman for nearly two decades. Earlier this year, the company was even recognized by the Pittsburgh Business Times as one of the Top 100 fastest growing, privately held companies in the region.

Her expertise has also helped Kb Port expand its business to new markets. With Susan’s help, the company has supplied paranormal investigators with equipment for SyFy Channel’s hit show, Ghost Hunters.

Looking ahead, Susan plans to help Kb Port grow even further. Along with partners Chuck Miller, Cliff Olmstead and Greg Angell, Susan is working to expand Kb Port’s product line and ensure a new era of success for the Pittsburgh company.
