The ETC has recently gone PARANORMAL — ETC Investigator
Chuck Miller and Susan Redmond, Partners with Kb Port LLC went on a Paranormal Trip to Eastern State Penitentiary in Philadelphia hosted by Dark Radio on May 1st thru the 4th with TAPS (Ghost Hunters on the Sci-fi channel) Jason Hawes and Grant Wilson and celebrity psychics. They took Kb Port’s “ETC Investigator” beta system. The “ETC Investigator” made quite a hit with Jason and Grant.
The “ETC Investigator” was demonstrated to Jason and Grant (Much more to come, so stay tuned). If you know anything about paranormal investigations, then you know about these guys. They’re very serious about what they do and head one of the most respected paranormal-investigation groups in America.
The “ETC Investigator” was used again at the Ideal Management event at the Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum (TALA) on July 11th and 12th. Jason, Grant, and their team: Steve, Tango, and Chris were there to guide teams of people through the dark corridors of the Asylum along with TALA facility members.
The latest development with the ETC for PARANORMAL investigations includes the integration of Temperature, Humidity, and Barometric Pressure readings that are tagged to the audio and video streams. This information is displayed in real-time along with real-time graphs. Integrating sensory devices and other types of data is nothing new to the ETC family of products.
The audio has also been improved with a full 31 band graphic equalizer and USB mixer and what we call Instantaneous Delay Playback Mode, which delays the real-time video recording during live mode so that you can listen for EVP’s (Electronic Voice Phenomenon) as you speak. It is basically like hearing an echo. You ask a question(s) and then there is a delay in displaying the live footage, which allows you to immediately listen for possible EVP’s.
The ETC Investigator has now incorporated a comparison mode which allows the user to play back a recording while watching the same camera in the “live” mode. This helps the investigator when doing comparisons. Another key feature along the same line is the ability to playback a movie and continue to record at the same time.
The ETC has also incorporated an overlay mode. When using a FLIR thermal imaging camera {Photon} and an Infrared camera side by side, the ETC can be calibrated so that the images are matched. They can be overlaid and faded for doing comparisons of the images.
All of these new features along with the already existing features make the ETC Investigator the perfect tool for PARANORMAL investigations. Nobody manufactures anything like the ETC. There are too many features to list so you’ll have to call or contact us to get the full scoop...
