The companies will work to build integrated technologies that will allow customers to capitalize on EMS' broad portfolio of skills training and assessment software and Kb Port's expertise in digital recording and multimedia solutions, exemplified by the Kb Port ETC recorder.

"We're very excited to be working in close collaboration with Kb Port on the continued development of MobilSIM™," said Anurag Singh, President and CEO, Education Management Solutions, Inc. "We're delighted to be working with EMS. This strategic partnership combines the strength of Kb Port and EMS to deliver innovative technologies that provide added value to Kb Port's ETC clients who wish to incorporate EMS' assessment, scheduling, inventory management, scoring, reports, and other rich features to their existing installations," added Chuck Miller, President of Kb Port LLC. "Furthermore, the MobilSIM™ product combines advanced hardware and software for the common purpose of addressing the training and assessment needs of large and small institutions that wish to maximize the educational experience of learners in medical, nursing, allied health, counseling, and related programs, as well as the continuing education needs for hospital healthcare professionals, all in a cost-effective and efficient way."
